New character introduced – Sakura Kiyomi, a cute twin-tail girl.
”Pin-pon dash” is a prank kids play a lot in Japan (yes I have done it too). When Ika Musume sees Takeru and his friend doing it, she naturally becomes curious. When she imitates it though, she gets a surprise of her life.
Hit past the break for more!
Chizuru always appears at just the right time.
Ika Musume apologizes to Kiyomi in a park and asks Kiyomi to pretend to be her friend.
But Kiyomi offers to be real friends. They get along well.
Ika Musume is very much fearful of Chizuru’s reaction.
Chizuru and Eiko are genuinely happy that Ika Musume found a friend her age, but Ika-chan mistakes their generosity for something much more scary.
Ika-chan’s imagination: poison drink.
Ika Musume learns the art of makeup.
Sanae is at it yet again as usual. You have to wonder if she ever gets tired of it.
Ika-chan starts to notice the different makeups around the store. She thinks these “gals” just came out from a forest fire!
After consulting with Goro, Ika Musume makes an appearance in the store with a hilarious yet scary makeup but attention is soon diverted to Takeru wearing makeup.
Cindy from the Alien Research Centre makes a reappearance with her butlers. A three-way fight ensues between Eiko, Cindy and Sanae for the control of Ika Musume.
Sanae is VERY maso.
And here comes the trio.
They say they’ve brought three different inventions this time around, including a gun that can make you invisible. That promptly gets Sanae thinking.
Meanwhile, Ika Musume is hooked on something that supposedly can give her the respect of an invader. But that requires her to “shoot” herself.
Ika-chan decides to try it on a watermelon first. Guess what happened?
So now they try it on themselves, but he gets scared and ducks.
Of course, for as long as the series Chizuru has been pissed beyond belief every time her store gets damaged, and this is no exception.
And the series continues…
