As the series head towards the end the episodes get funnier and funnier. VA Kanemoto Hisako also seems to be more comfortable in her role than ever.
Eiko digs up an old doll that she used to play with after hearing that its value has skyrocketed. The doll that she digs up scares the life out of Ika Musume, who can’t shake off the seemingly blank gaze from the doll.
The story takes a turn for the worse as the color gradually washes out and elements of Japanese horror stories are incorporated.

The trio from the American Extraterrestrial Life Research Facility attempt to discover just why Chizuru possesses such an extraordinary ability to dodge and attack enemies at whim. They think she’s an ET – and they attempt to get a hold of her blood/hair sample through any means possible.
But in the end, no one can defeat Chizuru’s abilities.
The Aizawa family and Ika Musume go for a hike at the local mountain. For Ika Musume, this is her first time mountain climbing – and she has a hard time up the mountain. Along the way they encounter many of the animals from the wild, too.
At the top, they enjoy a picnic and Ika Musume learns what a yamabiko or echo really is. But then, someone makes a surprise appearance…?
